Unlike in the first Disgaea PC, meeting certain requirements will not automatically unlock another class. Each individual class have their own ability, save for a few which have the same abilities, and classes that are similar to their type will have slightly different stats. I will go through the requirements needed to get the next tiers for their respective class.
This is for people who are new to the game, or if they're just getting into the series as a whole. This guide will go through each and every humanoid class in Disgaea 2 PC.
